Simple Steps to Return Your Order

Not completely happy with your purchase? Don’t worry! You have 14 days to cancel your order and return any items you bought.

Step 1: Let Us Know

You need to inform us within 14 days of your intention to return the products. You can do this in one of these ways:

Step 2: Send the Items Back

Once you’ve informed us, please send the items back within 14 days. The address will be provided via email.

Be sure to include the return form inside the package. 
Note: Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund

After we receive your returned items or proof of shipment, we will issue your refund within 14 days.

Important Considerations

  • We may refuse the return if items were not stored or handled correctly, causing damage or reducing functionality.

  • Please pack items carefully to prevent damage in transit. Using the original packaging is recommended whenever possible.
